[jQuery] [dimensions] innerWidth and innerHeight bug
In IE if there are no borders the innerWidth and innerHeight functions
will cause a NaN result. I went ahead and created a bug report with
the solution [1].
BTW ... I tried to attach the diff but it just errored out. Any chance
of getting the trac fixed so that it is easier to include patches,
examples, test cases, etc.
