[jQuery] Does a plugin like this excist allready

I am looking for a plugin with same functionality as <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/">http://www.bbc.co.uk/</a>
notice the + - and when clicked it expands or contracts one.
Before we start on this, is such a plugin or code allready avaiable that I missed
