[jQuery] Draggables, Droppables and Sortables update

Some improvement:
- draggables can snap to a grid, can have a motion effect when the drag
is ended
- sortables can have a motion effect on items, 'onchange' callback
- serializer accepts as argument an array of sortables ids
tested so far on FF 1.5, IE 6, 5.5, Opera 8
