[jQuery] Easing rocks
Had occasion just now to use the Easing plugin

I replaced a slideDown Toggle with bounceout. Kickass.
And it's 2k! Too cool. Improves the interaction immediately,
I'm changing my vote on stuff I think should be in the base. Yes, I am fickle.
