JQuery elements in Dialog

How can I make an accordion or have a drag-and-drop element within a
dialog? Another example would be having tabs within a dialog box. I
also don't want to use an external file to make this work. I've tried
to make it work, but when the dialog is opened, I only see the outline
of the dialog box.
