[jQuery] Evaluate javascript in Ajax response in jqModal

Hi all,
I found that one of the demo of jqModal (#4) features a ajax loading modal content with javascript tag in the response get evaluated.
I studied the jqModal code itself and it seems that it just call the usual jQuery.load() method.
How the <script> get evaluated actually?<br clear="all">
