[jQuery] FaviconLinkMarker 1.0 stable out now

Hi all,
i have now release a stable Version. Have a look at:
http://olaf-bosch.de/bugs/jquery/faviconlinkmarker/index.html
Problems are:
1. i found no way to check Favicon exist, in IMG variant are in IE a
placeholder image to see
2. Favicon with width 32px, in CSS variant looks not good
