[jQuery] File size of jQuery.min.js != 19KB

jquery.com home page says:

PRODUCTION: (19KB Minified and Gzipped)

... but if you follow the link, you get a 55.9KB jquery-1.3.2.min.js
file... quite a bit more than 19KB.
