[jQuery] fire event when a TR comes into view?

[jQuery] fire event when a TR comes into view?

I have a table with a large number of rows, using overflow:auto so the
table has a scrollbar. I have a few tr's in it with a class of
"fire", I'd like to run a function when one of those scrolls into
view. Is there an efficient way to do that with jquery?
