[jQuery] Fixed div, content scrolls under it

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm looking at the possibility of having navigation at the top of the page, pinned to the top. I'd like for the content to scroll UNDER the container. I've seen it before, but forgot to bookmark it to see how it was done.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Does anyone have a plugin for this, or know how it's accomplished and can point me to an example?</FONT>
