[jQuery] form elements inside cluetip

Hi,
I really liked cluetip plugin, and I want to put some form elements
inside it (local, rel pointing a div). How can that be accomplished?
I am able to put form elements inside, but they "are erased" from form
submit. Also, if I close and open, All the values are missing.
