[jQuery] Form plugin: license

I couldn't find any license info on the Form plugin, is it under same
dual license as jQuery (MIT/GPL)?
I'm asking because I would like to include it in a Drupal project, and
with good reason Drupal don't want non-GPL code in the repositary.
