jQuery FormWizard summarypage?

Hi,

I'm a newbie with jQuery and I'm messing around with jQuery FormWizard.
I'd like to have summary of form inputs (textfields and radiobuttons) in the last page before submit.

There is a summary page option in formwizard, but it shows summary as a editable form. How do I get summary so, that it only shows field names and their inputs as a plain text, not as a form?
