jquery generates wrong markup language for themes

Hi,
i recently tried the themeroller to get a ready to use theme, but
apparently jquery generates a markup who doesn't match with the
themeroller css provided. I'm using the latest versions of jquery and
ui, but something still goes wrong.
Anybody has the same problem?
