[jQuery] Getting the TEXT of an option tag, not the value.

Before I try that, let me clarify that I'd like to get the text of the
currently selected option, regardless of it's position. It could be the
first option, it could be the tenth, but I won't know that ahead of time.
Do I need to do this in two lines then? Get the currently selected element,
then get it's text?
