[jQuery] Grazr effect

Hi,
Anyone knows how to do the effect in the Grazr app ?
IE: http://grazr.com/gzpanel?font=Tahoma,sans-serif&fontsize=8pt&file=http://tagjag.com/all/javascript/opml
The effect that on click loads content that comes from the right and
looks like infinite.
Anyone ?
