[jQuery] Growing jQuery

I gave this presentation at the jQuery Camp, and several people asked
me to post it online. You can find the presentation attached.
For those who weren't at the conference. The presentation is a brief
overview of jQuery and how easy to it to make plugins and extend the
language. I hope to also release a full tutorial on the thought
process of designing a plugin at a later date. Go forth and make great
