[jQuery] How to change Date Format in Jquery Plugin

Hi!
Iam using JQuery plugin [DATE PICKER] found from (http://
www.kelvinluck.com/).
Its default date format is d/m/Y.
Can some one guide me how can I change its format to m/d/Y
