[jQuery] how to check if is running inside a frame or iframe?

Hi,
I need to know how to recognize if my script is running inside an iframe.
I've tried a bunch of xpath but I can't find the right solution.
My problem is that I want to execute the jquery code only when it's
called by the main frame.
An idea?
