[jQuery] ie6

working on jquery cycle plugin which uses the css background
attribute works
within the div thats being targeted there are other elements - image
form lement etc
this works perfectly in all browsers apart from ie6
ie6 seems to cause the child elements to fade in and out any ideas
what may be causing this
