[jQuery] ie7 - Depth of elements wrong (sperinposed)


I want to use these two plugins:
Superfish:

LiScroll:

The site WAS ready until I tried it with ie7, with it the news that
scroll gets rendered over the menu elements.
So I followed the advice that you guys always say: simplify, so I made
a small page containing the plugins examples, here it is:

Can somebody explain to me why this happens?
