jquery IE9 conflict

I have some problems using two jquery wordpress plugins: easy-slider and jquery scrollable tool. The problem is that whenever I load the jquery tool script every other jquery stops working. But this happens only in IE9, not in Firefox, not in IE8 and not in IE7.

Any suggestions?
