Jquery in Joomla

I am trying to turn a lynda.com Jquery carousel script into a Joomla module, I believe I have moved  across everything from the original, but I am unable to make the script work in my joomla site. I am unsure what is causing the script not to work.

I am using
To try to eliminate or track down the error I have already tried these and number of other strategies each to no effect to no effect :(
  •     Removing moo tools
  •     Removing all other versions of jquery
  •     Alternative templates
Please could you have a look at both pages to see if you can spot what is causing the carousel to fail once its embed in my joomla site.
