i am creating a dynamic web project using spring MVC. In the usual hierarchy, ie, "WebContent/WEB-INF/views" folder contains the jsp/html pages. So i tried to put all files of the jQuery (js,css,jsp) in the view folder itself. It is finding the javascript files, but it is not finding the images in the image folder. the path given in the css file is "images/imagename.jgp" 
Please look into the matter and let me know asap!
