[jQuery] [Interface] Bug... TTabs doesn't work 100% in Firefox 2

TTabs works great on IE... but on Firefox, if you insert a tab in a textarea with a scroll, it scrolls back to the top of the textarea.  I'm not sure how to report bugs on interface... so, I apologize for the bug post in this forum.
