[jQuery] Interface - Scrolling Box Promo Effect

I am trying to recreate this effect in jQuery:

Possible approach:  Use the scrollTo function of the Interface plugin inside a scrollable div.  Then I have to go back to the beginning when it's at the last node.  Trying to make it scalable.
Any alternate approaches one might suggest?
