[jQuery] Interface tooltips flicker in Safari
I dropped these into a site today thinking they were fine, but it turns
out there's a seizure-inducing flicker in Safari, depending what options
are chosen(position:mouse seems worst).
This is also happening in the demo itself in my copy, so I'm surprised
it's not listed as a compatibility issue. Is anyone else seeing this,
and has a way around been discovered?
