Jquery is not working

I am using  lightbox effect jquery for image silde show in asp.net application working fine ..
I have a ajax tab container control in my page ,for that i included client side script and for html buttons ,i included _dopostback method for post back in client active index changed event ,now lightbox effect is not working in my application..
 effects.js,lightbox.js,prototype.js  ,scriptaculous.js are my jscript files
