[jQuery] jcarousel using jquery - VERY slow init in IE7


I have a very simple jcarousel example that works perfectly in Firefox
but takes about 20 seconds to startup in IE7.
This is using jcarousel 0.2.1 and jquery 1.2.1.

If you can help me figure out why this takes so long with IE7 I would
