[jQuery] jNice, dropdown menus (jd_menu_vertical), and IE

[jQuery] jNice, dropdown menus (jd_menu_vertical), and IE


Running into issues using jNice to style form elements. The normal
iFrame hack for IE doesn't work to get the drop-down menu over top of
the selects. I disable jNice and it works, turn it back on and
nothing.
