[jQuery] jQuery 1.1.1 and .width / .height

Hi guys,
I am porting my sites from 1.0 to 1.1.1, and i was wondering if i still
need the dimensions plugin with 1.1.1, since there is a new .width() and
.height() in form of .css("width") and .css("height").
Can anybody advise?
