[jQuery] [jQuery 1.1.1 w/ TB 2.1.1] - Firefox TB iFrame fails to fire document.ready

Hello,
I posted this inquiry on the Thickbox forum:
http://codylindley.com/thickboxforum/comments.php?DiscussionID=405
So far noone has been able to solve or answer it and Alex I believe asked
the question to the jQuery group. I'm running Mac OS 10.4.8 with FF
1.5.0.9. I've tried on both Mac and XPProSP2 with same version of FF. Alex
tried with FF 2 on WinXP.
We have an index.JSP page that has a link to invoke a TB that includes an
iFrame loading another campaign_details.JSP. The detail JSP includes
campaign_details.js and the first code block uses document.ready.
In IE it works fine and calls the AJAX functions and populates the form
correctly. In FF I have to right-click on the iframe and choose Frame ->
Reload Frame and then the document.ready fires and populates the form
(drop-down menu, field values and a list below).
For nearly 2 weeks we've tried no-cache, different docType declarations,
forcing a self.location.reload when TB_show was called and even forcing
reload during onFocus even in the <body> tag of the iframe page. They are
ugly workarounds that do not work.
If anyone knows of this issue and can help I would appreciate it. Below is
the diagnosis from Alex (pix on TB forum):
