[jQuery] jquery and Perl

Hi
I want to validation a Form in Perl using jquery to check the country,
know my problem is how i get the information from perl , like a error
message when the input is false, and how can i get information from
perl like suggestion to my jquery?
And is there a way to make diffrent action with the return?
