[jQuery] jQuery CSS 3 Compliant - but does it fix CSS?
The jQuery home page says jQuery is CSS 3 Compliant.
This is a dumb question: but does that imply that it fixes CSS 3 in
all browsers or just that it supports CSS 3 selectors? I have a
feeling it's the later.
