[jQuery] jQuery generated links are printing out the whole URL when user tries to print their info

[jQuery] jQuery generated links are printing out the whole URL when user tries to print their info

We're having a problem with jQuery generated links appearing normally on screen, but printing out the whole URL in print view. 
Any suggestions?
