[jQuery] jQuery GreaseMonkey-detection script modified (no remote calls)

Greetings all,
I have modified the neat GreaseMonkey script by Paul Bakaus. I have removed the 2 remote calls made by the original script; one was for the the actual jQuery detection, and the other was for the jQuery icon.

Let me know if anyone has any problems running it, so far it seems to work fine.
