[jQuery] jquery is not defined error

[jQuery] jquery is not defined error

I continue to get "jQuery is not defined" on each page load.
According to http://jquery.com/dev/bugs/bug/64/, this is coming from
the interface plugins not being used with the latest version of jquery.
I've made sure that I have the latest stable versions of both jquery
& interface, yet this error persists. From what I can see, the
callstack in Firebug doesn't give me much to go on.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
