[jQuery] JQUERY listnav: includeAll Parameter translation
It would be nice, if the "includeAll" parameter could be changed or
extended to work like the "noMatchText":
Instead of true or false it should be empty or the text for the link
i.e "All", "Alle", "tous", "todos" ....
