[jQuery] jQuery SVN over HTTPS

[jQuery] jQuery SVN over HTTPS

SVN access over HTTPS would be useful. Are there any plans for it
being implemented (the port used by SVN is blocked here and the
required header methods for HTTP access aren't allowed either (and
probably never will be))?
