[jQuery] jQuery UI Tabs

When using the jQuery UI Tabs (http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Tabs) on a
page, the <ul> making up the Headers is sometime visible in Internet
Explorer 7 for a short period of time while the page is loading. Is
there anything I can do to prevent this?
