[jQuery] Jquery with Rails application

I am new to JQuery,
I am trying to implement Jquery with Rails apllication.
I installed JRails and implement some effects.
But i couldn't able to find exact result..
can anybody tell the usage of Jquery with Rails<br clear="all">
