Then deferred all of them by using the defer async properties.

This is what I'm seeing on my test environment:

Basically Product Information, Customer Reviews, and Image Gallery are all supposed to be tabs, and works fine at:  http://www.amleo.com/knife-soil-leonards-own-stainless-steel/p/4750/

But on my test site, where I'm deferring my JS, and have updated both jQuery & jQueryUI, the tabs are not being constructed correctly.

Any ideas?
