JQuery Menu - For table row popups

I'm trying avoid using extra plugins and only use JQuery UI Menu for table row popups triggered on right click. Also the table may have thousands of rows. Is there a way to do this with just the new Menu control that is built into JQuery UI? Any recommendations?
