Anyway .. I'm just ushering the mobile programming and I started studying jQuery Mobile.

Now I doubt arises: how to use Dreamweaver HTML editor and jQuery Mobile as a framework for the graphics (buttons, lists, etc ..), but what language should I use to effectively control the hardware of a smartphone? For example, to activate the camera, gps, etc ..?
