jQuery Mobile - download and installation

I'm new to this. Can someone direct me to how to download and install the jQuery mobile for mobile web app design. Thanks.

Oh, can I host this platform with any hosting companies e.g. Go Daddy? and what files do I need to download? and what files do I need to upload to the hosting e.g. Go Daddy.
