jquery mobile have problems to link search results in native iphone applications

I just started to build some native iphone applications using html, javascript and css. In one of them, I am trying to allow my users search through my app and display regarding pages. But my problem is that although my application works correctly on Safari on the net, or on my local, it doesnt display results on my iphone as a native aplication. I am using AppMakr facilities to build the .ipa file. You can reach my source codes by visiting
Please use Safari nad UTF-8 for encoding
