jQuery mobile with jQuery Calculation Plug-in (v0.4.08)

hello, i have been using jquery mobile without any problem. recentely i wanted to add jQuery Calculation Plug-in (v0.4.08) but am struggling to make some calculation in a form can anyone help me!.

Problem: or the jquery mobile is short ciruited or the calculation plugin!
