Jquery mouseover problem

Hi,
Need your help!!

My jquery animation not working proplerly when I mouseout from the navigation menu 01 and mouseover the another menu 02 before animation completed to the navigation menu 01.

But, animation work properly when i wait to complete navigation menu 01 and then mouseover the cursor to navigation menu 02.
