[jQuery] navigation driven collapsible/accordion system

I am trying to create a progressive form interface. So, say I have a 1, 2, 3 process and withing the panel I need to a have a next and previous button/link that will navigate the user from panel to panel...final panel is a submit button..
any reference(s) would be fantastic!
