[jQuery] New plugin: Autocompleter
I'd love to get this resolved in IE as it's the only thing left that's
keeping me from using it in my next site.

I've also noticed that the results appear under the search box in
Firefox, but next to it in IE.
Depending on the circumstances, either may be desirable (but the same
across browsers).
